Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all hardware and assembly instructions.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, our specialized carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient home pickup; for smaller decor, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Receive Your Refund
